Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble with your microphone or speaker settings, please refer to the articles below.
Audio/Video Troubleshooting

Differences Between "Standard Noise Cancellation" and "Krisp Noise Cancellation"

  • If you need powerful noise suppression for loud surrounding sounds (e.g., family voices, cafe chatter, typing sounds):
  • If your PC's performance is unstable, or if you prioritize the naturalness of your voice (e.g., PC is slow, or you are in a quiet environment):

The noise cancellation feature you select should be based on **how loud the surrounding noise is and the processing power of your PC. Please use the audio test (Mic) to check the difference between the features.

Standard Noise Cancellation External Noise Cancellation (Krisp)
Optimal Environment Quiet location Loud surrounding noise
Noise Reduction Capability Moderate  Powerful
PC Load Low High
Voice Naturalness Natural May lose naturalness depending on environment
