View & Export User Logs

Check the access history of all users to the space, and export via CSV to process the data.


Accessing User Logs

1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen and select the Space tab on the main menu
*If you are not the organization owner, there is no need to select the tab.

2. Space settings → Click User Log


Logged User Details

  • Actions
    • Online (access to spaces )
    • Offline (leaving the space)
    • Entering the conference room
    • Leaving the conference room
  • Name
  • Email address (only for users with an ovice account)
  • Log ID: Unique ID to identify the problem log when a problem occurs, etc.
  • IP address: IP address used by the user
  • Port number: Port used by the user
  • Details: Conference room name
  • Date and time


Exporting CSV Data

1. Click Export as CSV

2. Specify the date and time and click Download

You can filter dates within the past year.

3. Receive email for download

Subject: Space User Log Export Completed

4. Click Download File in the email body to get the data.



  • User logs can be searched by partial name match.
  • Guests who directly enter the conference room will not be able to move within the space, but their "online" and "offline" status will also be logged.
  • The email for CSV download will be sent to the user who performed the CSV output operation on the administrator screen.
  • The CSV download link is valid for 7 days.
