View/Change/Cancel Your Subscription (Previous Plan Model)

This page provides information on contract change procedures for those who applied for the old plan by April 30, 2023, or for Entry-S or Entry-M between May 1, 2023 and June 13, 2023.

 

Check the plan

Access requires organization owner privileges.

1. Select the "Space" tab in the main menu

2. Click "Plans & Billing"

 

Change plan when paying by credit card

To change from your old plan to the new plan, you will need to cancel your current plan and apply for the new plan.

1.  Cancel your current plan

After canceling, you will need to continue using your current plan until the end of your billing period.

2.  New application

Once the billing period has ended and the relevant space has been moved to the Free plan, please check the available plans below and apply.

*You cannot select the old plan.
*If you cannot change to the plan you want, please contact our sales or support.

 

Canceling a plan using a credit card

1.  Open the plan confirmation screen

2. Click "Cancel" displayed on your current plan

3. Check the details and click "Cancel"

*The plan will be canceled, but you will be able to use the full functionality until the end of the billing period (usage expiration date).

*No refunds will be given. 

*After the usage period ends, you will be switched to the Free plan.
