This feature transcribes conversations in real time, empowering you to create minutes and conduct synchronous meetings in multiple languages. Available only for quick objects.

How to Use It
1. Launch the transcription quick object
2. Turn on your microphone and start talking
The audio of the user connected to the object is transcribed.
| User who launched the object | You can check the contents from the time the object starts until it ends in the window. |

You can see the contents in the window from the moment you move or connect to the object until you leave it. Once you leave an object, you cannot go back and check its contents. |
Font Size
Choose from three sizes:
Language
Choose the language you will speak in the meeting. The voice of a person speaking a different language will also be automatically translated into the language you set.
Export CSV File
Export the content displayed in your window during operation, the speaker, etc. in CSV format. Available only to users connected to the object.
Copy Text
Copy the content displayed in your window during operation and the speaker, etc., in text format. Available only to users connected to the object.
Generate Minutes
Generates minutes based on the content displayed in your window during operation. The minutes will be displayed in the window, so please copy them if necessary.

The minutes function uses API from OpenAI. Please see below for OpenAI's data usage policy.
OpenAI documentation - When the transcription object is terminated, data including conversation content will be deleted from each user's device and will not be retained on our servers.
- Each setting, such as font size and language, is retained in the web browser's local storage for each space.
- When accessing from ovice Go, although you can view the contents of the object, your voice is not recognized by transcribe object. Therefore, for dialogue-style conversations, please access there from the PC. If the buttons on the bottom right hand are not displyaed, turn the screen to landscape orienttion and it will appear.
