Camera and Mic Browser Permission Requirements to Enter an ovice Space

To use ovice in a browser, you must allow the use of microphones, etc. in the browser. The recommended environment for the browser version is the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
About the recommended environment

 

First time access

When you access a space for the first time, a pop-up will appear asking for permission to use your camera and microphone. Select "Allow."

 

Change settings

Even if you accidentally block use of the camera or microphone, you can change it back to "Allowed" later.

For Google Chrome

1. Access the space and click the icon on the left of the address bar.

2. Allow each permission.
To use all the ovice features, please allow all the permissions displayed, including camera and microphone.

3. Refresh the page.
If a banner prompting you to refresh the page appears, click it to refresh the page you have open.

For Microsoft Edge

1. Access the space and click the icon on the left of the address bar.

2. Allow each permission.
To use all the ovice features, please allow all the displayed permissions, including camera and microphone. For items that cannot be allowed, please select "Auto (default)". Screenshot 2024-01-23 2.29.47.png

3. Refresh the page.
If a banner prompting you to refresh the page appears, click it to refresh the page you have open.
