1. Check your personal settings
Please make sure you have selected the correct camera and microphone in your ovice personal settings.

2. [For external camera/microphone devices] Reconnect the device
Reconnect your external camera or microphone device and select it again in Ovice's personal settings.
2. Check your microphone and camera permissions

3. Check your security software
Depending on the security software, you may be able to restrict the use of camera and microphone devices for each application. Please check whether the settings of the security software you are using are restricting the ovice desktop app or the browser you use.
