When using ovice for the first time or if you have problems with the audio or camera, check the OS settings.

For Windows OS

Camera Settings	For Windows 11 Go to Start → Settings → Privacy and Security → Camera and check the following: "Camera access" is enabled "Allow apps to access your camera" is enabled "Allow desktop apps to access your camera" is enabled Microsoft Support Page
Microphone Settings	For Windows 11, open Start → Settings → Privacy and Security → Microphone and check the following. Microphone access is enabled "Allow apps to access your microphone" is enabled "Allow desktop apps to access your microphone" is enabled Microsoft Support Page
