If you experience echo or feedback during a call, try the following:

If you have ovice open in another window
- Close all other windows accessing the space, including desktop apps and browsers.
- If you need to access more than one space at the same time, turn on the microphone in only one space.
- Turn on noise canceling in audio settings

If multiple people are accessing the space from the same physical room
- One participant movesto another room (if possible)
- Muting your microphone while the other is speaking

Check your microphone/speaker
- Use earphones instead of speakers (if possible)
- Turn down the speaker volume
- Place microphones and speakers farther apart (if external devices)
- If the microphone is facing a sound-reflecting surface (such as a wall), change its orientation.
- Unplug and plug in the USB (if it is an external device)
- Connect to other ports (for external devices)
- Move the microphone away from your mouth
- Keep microphones and speakers away from other electronic devices (such as smartphones)
