If you have users who have retired or have no longer used ovice, please carry out the following operations for each plan you use.
Team and Business Plans
These plans are priced based on the number of users, so be sure to check the required items such as Restricting Access to Spaces, Removal from organization owner and Removal from billable users.

Organization Owner
Procedure
1. Restricting Access to Spaces (required)
Please remove the target user from the Space Access Settings for all spaces under the organization. Or add them to the blacklist. (No action is required for spaces that do not use Space Access Settings.)
2. Removal from organization owner (required)
If the user is an organization owner, remove their organization owner role.
3. Removal from billable users (required)
Please remove the user from the organization user (billable) list.
*Even if you remove them from the organization users, they will be added back to the organization users list if they access a space that they have member permissions for. Therefore, be sure to carry out step 1 first and restrict access to each space before carrying out this step.
4. Remove Space from User List
No action is required as the user will be hidden automatically. After completing step 3, the user's permissions will be changed to Guest in all spaces under the organization. Accordingly, the user will be removed from each user list as follows:
- Space user list: Immediately hidden.
- User list on the admin page: Will be hidden if one month has passed since the last online user.
5. Remove the Seat Display
No action is required as the user will be removed automatically. After completing step 3, the user's permissions will be changed to Guest in all spaces under the organization. Accordingly, the seat display will be removed from these worspaces.
6. Delete the account
Please contact us with the information of the user requesting deletion via the following method:

Please manage terminated users as necessary.

Procedure
1. Restricting Access to Spaces
Please remove the user from Space Access Settings or add them to the blacklist. If the space does not use Space Access Settings, change the user's permissions to "Guest" in the user list.
2. Hide from Space user list
If you change a user's role to guest in the user list, the user will be hidden from each user list as follows:
