August 7, 2024: Updates to Google Calendar and Status features have been released.

Improved Google Calendar & Status integration

• We have changed the specifications so that only events for which you have selected "Join" or "Scheduled" on the Google Calendar screen will be linked to ovice.

• When you add an all-day event to Google Calendar, we have improved the display so that the date of that day is displayed correctly on ovice.

Changes to schedule acquisition and storage period for Calendar & Status integration

The period for which information on completed schedules is stored on our server has been changed from 7 days to 3 days. In addition, the information acquired when receiving a schedule update notification has been changed from the schedule for the next 7 days to the schedule for the 4 days from the day before to the day after tomorrow.

Fixed seat reservation socket display

Since audio and video cannot reach avatars displayed in the seat reservation socket, we have hidden the circle indicating the socket's range.

Improved Space Notification Feature

When you receive a notification, you can now click on the avatar of the user to see the current location of the person who is the subject of the notification.

Improved "Customize Space" Feature

A pop-up window will now appear asking you to confirm whether you want to save the space object when you try to move to the Add/Edit Space Object menu without saving the size and layout settings.

Improved Notation

• Some tooltips that were displayed in English in the chat and schedule functions have been corrected to Japanese.

• Depending on the conditions, account authentication may or may not automatically send a verification email. In this release, we have improved the content of the pop-up when the verification email is not automatically sent and you need to click the "Send" button.

Design Improvements

• Changed the hover color of the "Save" button in Preferences.
• Changed the color of a tab title that is selected in the Chat screen.

• The configuration of the camera settings screen has been fine-tuned. (The functionality and content have not changed.)
• Private spaces now have a lock icon displayed in the main menu.

• The menu icons on the organization administration screen have been updated.
