New Microphone Permission Settings for Open Spaces
We have added microphone permission settings for open spaces (excluding meeting rooms) under the Permissions & Allowances section of the Space Settings dashboard. You can now control microphone access based on user roles.

Enhanced Permission Management for Meeting Logs
You can now manage the following two settings for Meeting Logs from the Organization Dashboard:
- File Attachment Permissions: Set permissions to allow users to upload files directly within Meeting Log notes.
- Template Management Permissions: In addition to the existing tag management, you can now grant permissions to create and edit log templates to members other than the Organization Owner. Along with this change, the item name under Permission Units has been updated to "Meeting Log Template Management."

New Layout Export Feature
You can now export your previewed layout (including the Background Image, placed assets, and their coordinates) as a file and import it into another space. This eliminates the hassle of rebuilding spatial layouts from scratch, greatly improving workflow efficiency when setting up multiple spaces or creating backups.
Plan Comparison Page Added
Users with Owner permissions can now see their current subscription plan. By clicking on it, you can view the plan comparison page in a new tab. (*Note: This excludes contracts made through our sales team.)
"Interactions" Tab Added to Insights
As a core feature of Insights, we’ve added a new tab that lets you view the total talk time of specific users in a table format. It aggregates and displays data for the total time spent talking with other users. Anyone with permission to view Insights can access this feature.
Other UI Improvements and Specifications Changes
- Changed visibility conditions for the "Invite Users" button in the User List
- The button will now only be displayed when a user is in an open space, and will be hidden when they are inside an object or a meeting room.
- Separation of Embedded Content Objects
- We have separated YouTube objects from Embedded Content (iframe) objects and added explanatory text regarding permissions.
