Upload Custom Assets to Space Maker

You can now upload up to 100 custom image files per organization as assets, giving you greater flexibility when designing your spaces. Uploaded assets can be placed across any space within your organization.

Open Space Recording Feature Added

In addition to meeting rooms, recording is now available when connected to Meeting or Mic objects in open spaces. This feature is available as an optional add-on for Business and Enterprise plans.

Added "Remove Capacity Limit" Button in Meeting Rooms

You can now temporarily remove the user capacity limit for a meeting room directly from the bottom control bar. This allows you to accommodate sudden increases in participants without needing to switch rooms.

• Personal Settings: Dedicated Notification Settings Menu and Category Reorganization

  • Notification settings previously located under Space Settings have been moved to a dedicated Notification Settings menu in Personal Settings.

  • Notification settings are now categorized into "Organization Notifications" and "Space Notifications," allowing you to customize individual meeting log notifications.

• Updated Meeting Log Notification Specifications

  • We have removed the notification checkbox when creating a new draft in Meeting Logs. Notifications are now sent automatically to assigned participants and viewers, preventing missed updates.

  • Notifications for meeting logs without a specified space are now broadcast to all spaces under that organization. Reading a notification in one space will automatically mark it as read across all other spaces.

• Recording Permissions Changed to Host Users

  • The permission to start and stop recordings has been updated from Members and above to users with Host permissions.

  • Even if the user who started the recording leaves, the recording will continue seamlessly as long as another Host remains.

• Updated Meeting Quick Object Behavior

  • When the user who started a Meeting Quick Object leaves, the object will no longer close as long as other participants remain connected.

     

• Discontinuation of Socialite Login

  • Login using third-party Socialite accounts has been discontinued.

  • Optimized layout placements based on device types.
