September 30, 2026: Custom Status gets a redesign, plus several other updates

Status memos, redesigned (now with escalation built in)

The escalation feature, previously available to select customers, is now folded into status memos and available to everyone as a standard feature. The status you set also appears in the user list. We've rebuilt the status dialog as well, so you can now do the following.

• See a live preview of your settings
• Choose whether to show a speech bubble and pick its style, on top of writing a message
• Notify specific users or user groups

Now you can let the right people know when you're heads-down or when you need help right away.

Print-friendly meeting logs

We've added Open print page to the three-dot menu at the top right of the meeting log detail screen. Click it to open a version of your notes formatted for printing.

If you'd like to share minutes on paper or save them as a PDF, you can now print them as-is without fussing over the layout.

If you're using the desktop app, the print page opens in your default browser.

Other UI improvements and changes

• Changes to how the notification panel works

  The notification panel now shows history only for the notification types checked in the filter. This keeps your notification settings and the panel in sync, so you won't find history for notifications you thought you'd turned off.

  • When a notification is on, its filter starts out checked. Uncheck it to hide that history, and it stays hidden even after you close the panel.
  • When a notification is off, its filter starts out unchecked. Check it to show that history, but the box clears automatically once you close the panel.

   

• Notification sound volume moved to your personal settings

  • Volume controls for notification sounds now live under Notification Settings in your personal settings dialog, with a shortcut from the volume options in your audio settings. You can set the volume for each notification and play a test sound right there.

     

• UI and UX improvements to the plan and payment pages
  • If you've used per-user billing before, the per-space plan buttons are now disabled, with a tooltip explaining why.
  • The billing information button now appears right after you sign up, with no need to reload the page.
  • Your current plan's tab is now selected by default.
