AI Feature "My AI" Now Available
We have added AI features to ovice. You can now chat with AI from "My AI" on the "Organization" tab of the three-line menu at the top left. You can get answers to questions, write, summarize, and translate text, and brainstorm ideas without leaving ovice. My AI is available on all plans, including trial and Free plans. Using it consumes your organization's PASS, the unit for AI feature usage.
Choose from major AI models by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google
Search the web, read files (images, PDFs, Office documents, and more), and create and edit documents such as text, tables, and graphs
Generate images, videos, and music (supported models only)
Save your conversation history and continue a conversation later
Use My AI from the ovice Go mobile app as well
Organization admins choose which models are available. You can set whether to show the My AI menu to organization members in Organization Settings > "AI Management" > "Feature Management."
What you enter is not used to train AI models.
AI Feature Pricing (PASS) and New Billing Management Screen
We now manage AI feature usage with a unit called "PASS." Each organization purchases PASS (billed separately from your plan fees), and all members of the organization share it. The amount used depends on the model and how you use it. You can purchase PASS and check its expiration dates in Organization Settings > "AI Management" > "Billing Management," and check usage by user and by feature in Insights.

Campaign: GPT-6.1 Sol Free up to ¥10,000
To celebrate the launch of My AI, each organization can use "GPT-6.1 Sol (キャンペーン)" for free up to ¥10,000 (excluding tax). No application is required. Other models use PASS based on usage, but this model does not use PASS up to the campaign limit. For details such as eligibility, how to use it, and the campaign period, see the article below.
AI Features for Meeting Logs
You can now turn "Transcription," "AI Proofreading for Transcriptions," and "Summary & Meeting Minutes" on or off for your organization in "Option Settings" under Meeting Log Management in Organization Settings. These features use PASS.
AI Proofreading for Transcriptions (new): AI corrects typos and grammar in each transcribed statement based on the surrounding conversation.
Summary & Meeting Minutes: A summary is created automatically during the meeting, and you can create minutes with one click.
*Only the organization owner can change these settings.
*When "Transcription" is off, the "Transcribe" tab is shown grayed out instead of being hidden. You can still open past meeting logs that already contain a transcript, a summary, or minutes.
Breakout Feature
We have added Breakout, which lets you split meeting participants into groups and move them to available meeting rooms or meeting objects all at once. Breakout is available on all plans. The host can set up groups, move participants, and bring them back in one place, so you can run training sessions and workshops more smoothly.
Screen Capture for Meeting Logs
In meetings where a meeting log is running, you can now capture the shared screen from the icon at the top of the Screenshare canvas (Capture the screen and save to the meeting log). Captured screens are saved to the "Timeline" tab of the meeting log, so you can review the materials shared in the meeting later.
You can set who can capture the shared screen in "Screenshare Capture Permission" under Meeting Log Management in Organization Settings. The default is "All users."
Meeting participants can delete saved captures.

Improved Search and Filters for Meeting Logs
You can now find the information you need more easily in the My Meeting Logs list and in the "Transcribe" tab of a meeting log.
We have changed the "Title" filter in the My Meeting Logs list to a "Keyword" search. In addition to the title, the search now covers the memo and the content of the "Summary" tab.
We have added "Speaker" and "Keyword" filters to the "Transcribe" tab. You can quickly find what a specific person said or where a specific topic came up.
Message History for Customize Status and Away Messages
We have improved the message history so that you do not have to type the same messages every time.
When you click the message field of Customize Status, your recently used messages (up to five) are now shown, and you can select one to enter it.
We have added the option to delete entries in the Customize Status and Away message history one by one.
