Added Username Display Option to Assigned Seat Settings
You can now toggle the display of usernames for assigned seats on or off in Space Settings. This gives you greater flexibility to customize settings according to your needs, such as turning off usernames in event spaces where assigned seating isn't required.

Extended Maximum Recording Duration to 8 Hours
The continuous recording time in meeting rooms and other areas has been expanded from 1 hour to up to 8 hours. This feature is available as an optional add-on for Business and Enterprise plans.
Announcement Display Now Available for All Plans
The Announcement Display feature, previously exclusive to ovice Contact Center, is now available to users on all plans. This allows you to easily broadcast updates to all users in your space.

You can now adjust the display size of the control toolbar, even when the option to always show the toolbar is turned off.

We've improved the zoom behavior on the space customization page and adjusted panel margins to prevent the left and right control panels from overlapping with the layout.

Optimized Menu Display Based on Meeting Log Attachment Permissions
For users without file attachment permissions, the "Media" section in the menu is now hidden entirely. This keeps the screen clean and prevents confusion.
