Takes a long time to access the space

If you experience long load times when accessing a space, it may be due to the following reasons:

Need to Confirm

  • Update your browser (browser version only)
    Try accessing with the latest version of the browser listed in the recommended environment.
  • Accessing small-sized spaces
    Try accessing the relatively light-weight spaces below.

    If you can access smoothly, loading times may be slower due to an increase in the amount of resources, such as avatars, images, and objects, that need to be displayed in your space.
  • Check your network environment
    For investigation, try changing your network environment, such as tethering your smartphone to the Internet or temporarily turning off your VPN (if possible).
    If you can access smoothly, it is likely due to your network bandwidth and network speed.
  • Device environment and usage status
    If you are running a large number of applications at the same time compared to the specifications of your computer, or performing heavy operations at the same time, the computer itself may be under strain.
    In this state, it will also affect the operation of ovice, so please check CPU usage on Task Manager (Win) or Activity Monitor(Mac). If your computer is under heavy load, close any unnecessary applications or browser tabs to see if you can access smoothly.
