Displayed "You are not authorized to access the workspace" (for general users)

If you see the message "You do not have permission to access this space," please check the following:

 

Verification Procedure

1. Verify your ovice account

Please make sure you are logged in to the ovice account with the email address specified by the space admin. If you have multiple accounts, log out of your account and log back in with the appropriate ovice account.

2. Check your login method

Some spaces may have their own login methods. If your company, school, or other organization specifies a unique login method (such as SAML authentication), log out of your account and log in again using SAML authentication  .

3. Check your login IP address

Depending on the space, access may be permitted by IP address. If your company, school, or other organization specifies the devices or locations that are allowed access, please access from those environments.

 

If not resolved

Please contact the space admins to inform them that you cannot access the space.
