Unable to Access the Two-Factor Authentication Code

If you are unable to access your two-factor authentication (2FA) code when logging into your space, or if you need to reconfigure your setup via QR code, please follow the steps below to reset your 2FA.

How to Reset

1. Requesting a reset email (Via Organization Owner or Yourself)

  • An Organization Owner can send a 2FA reset email to your address. Please contact your Organization Owner for assistance.

  • You can also trigger a reset email using the button at the bottom of the login screen.

    1. Click the URL provided in the email you receive.

    Link expiration: 48 hours

    2. Click "Reset" on the landing page. (Note: The previously configured authentication code will be invalidated at this point.)

    3. Perform the initial setup again.

Use the link provided in the received email to reconfigure your two-factor authentication.
