Unable to Access the Two-Factor Authentication Code

If you are unable to retrieve the two-factor authentication (2FA) code required for space access and need to reset it via a QR code, please follow the steps below to reset your 2FA.

Reset Instructions

  1. Send a Reset Email
    Only organization owners can send a reset email for 2FA. Please request the organization owner to do so.

  2. Reconfigure with a QR Code
    Use the link provided in the received email to reset your 2FA using a QR code.
