Escalation Feature Improvements
- We've made it easier to close pop-up messages.
You can dismiss an escalation by hovering over the notification and clicking the "X" button that appears.
- You can now copy text from within the pop-up.
This makes it simple to copy and paste inquiry details for easy information sharing.
- Links in pop-ups now open in a new tab.
Clicking a link will automatically open it in a new tab, so you can view related content without navigating away from your space.
