My AI is an AI chat you can use from the ovice sidebar. You can use it to get answers to questions, write, summarize, and translate text, brainstorm ideas, and more. You do not need to sign up for AI services separately or sign in with a different account.
My AI is available on all plans, including trial and Free plans. Using it consumes your organization's PASS, the unit for AI feature usage. Member permission or higher in the organization is required (guests cannot use it).
Open My AI
1. Click the three-line menu at the top left of the space
2. On the "Organization" tab, click "My AI"
3. My AI opens in a separate window
*If you are signed in to ovice, you do not need to sign in again.
*You can use My AI from the browser, the desktop app, and the ovice Go mobile app.
If "My AI" is not shown, it may be hidden in your organization's settings. Contact your organization admin.
Chat with AI
1. Select the AI model to use from the model selector at the top of the screen
2. Enter a message in the input field at the bottom and send it
Your conversation history is saved in the sidebar, so you can continue a conversation later.

*You cannot attach legacy Office files (.doc / .xls / .ppt), images such as GIF and HEIC, audio and video files, compressed files, or files that may contain passwords or keys (such as .env and .pem).
Choosing an AI Model
You can choose from OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) models. Only models enabled by your organization admin are available. The model selector shows an estimate of PASS usage as the "Cost Level" (High / Medium / Low).
Once you start a conversation, the model used in that conversation is fixed. To use a different model, start a new conversation.
You cannot continue a conversation started with a model that is no longer offered. Start a new conversation and select another model.
Usage Limits
When your organization's PASS balance reaches 0, My AI cannot be used (a message says that PASS is insufficient and asks you to contact your admin).
If your organization admin has set a monthly PASS limit for each user, you cannot use My AI for the rest of the month after reaching the limit. The limit resets at 2:00 a.m. (JST) on the 1st of each month.
When your remaining amount is low, a notice appears above the input field.
Each user can send up to 10 messages per minute and 120 messages per hour.

Campaign: GPT-6.1 Sol Free up to ¥10,000
To celebrate the launch of My AI, each organization can use "GPT-6.1 Sol (キャンペーン)" without using PASS, up to ¥10,000 (excluding tax), which is equivalent to 5,000 PASS. No application is required.
This model is not selected automatically. Select "GPT-6.1 Sol (キャンペーン)" in the model selector (the model name is shown in Japanese, and "Free" is shown as the Cost Level).
Everything you can do with this model is included, such as chat, web search, and file attachments. Image, video, and music generation and other models are not included.
You can use it even when your organization has 0 PASS, and it does not count toward the monthly PASS limit for each user.
After you use up the free amount, this model is no longer available. You can use the regular GPT-6.1 Sol and other models by purchasing PASS.
Campaign period: October 28, 2026 to January 31, 2027 at the latest. If the total campaign allocation is reached, the campaign ends at that point, even within the period.
Organization admins can disable this model.
Tips
Text and files you enter in My AI are not used to train AI models.
If you sign out of ovice or leave the space, you can no longer use My AI. If a message says that the connection to ovice was lost, close the My AI tab and open it again from ovice.
For text you do not want to share outside your company, you can also use Local AI, which runs only on your computer (desktop app only).
