If you have verified your oVice personal profile settings are correct, and you have verified you've properly enabled audio and camera permissions on your browser, you may need to update your device settings.
Device Settings on a Mac
- On a Mac, click on the Apple Icon to access your System Preferences.
- Select Security & Privacy
- Verify if the Camera and Mic options are enabled for your browser.
- If they are checked, but you are still having issues, uncheck and then re-check to refresh the setting, and restart your machine.
Device Settings on a PC
- On a PC, click on the Windows Icon to access your Privacy Settings.
- Verify if the Camera and Mic options are enabled for your browser.
