Check Your Device Settings

If you have verified your oVice personal profile settings are correct, and you have verified you've properly enabled audio and camera permissions on your browser, you may need to update your device settings.

Check the camera and microphone settings of your OS (Operating System) when there is a problem with the audio or camera.
