User Status

Check the status of each user. Also, switch your own status depending on the situation, such as when you are away from your desk or when you want to concentrate on your work.

Status Type

The color surrounding the avatar will change depending on the situation. You can switch between three types of status: Available, Working, and Away using the status switching function.

Available	A conversation is possible in the space	Switch status
Busy	The volume setting in the audio settings is set to 0, and audio in the space cannot be heard. Example of use: When you want to concentrate on your work.	Switch status

Real Time Locator Socket in use	The state where it is displayed in a position linked to the real space. Audio will not reach this avatar. If the same account is accessing the space, audio will be received if you speak to the other avatar displayed.	It is displayed under any of the following conditions: 1. The beacon detects the user using Real Time Locator Socket 2. You accessed the space with the same account as in 1, but moved your avatar online.
Seat reservation socket in use	The state of being seated in the reserved seat. *Audio will not reach this avatar. Audio will be received if you speak to the avatar that appears in the space, separate from the socket.	Seat Reservation
Away (Desktop app version)	The target user has locked the computer screen. A space administrator or member has closed the desktop app window *You can tap this avatar on the shoulder or call out to it, but if the screen is locked, you may not be able to receive a real-time response. Away	Your avatar will be hidden from the space and will be displayed as "Away" in the user list.	Switch status (Example of use) When taking a break or leaving your seat

Status Switching

Use the shortcut keys or follow the steps below:

1. On the menubar, click Status.

2. Click on any status

Choose from "Available, Busy, Away." In addition, the following operations are possible with the Away or Busy status.

Busy	Change status to "Available"	By performing the following actions, your status will change to "Available" and you will be able to hear sounds around you. Switch your status to Available Switch the microphone on Increase the volume in your audio settings Entering a meeting room
Away	Leave your seat	Click "Away" If you check "Don't show this message again," you can switch to away status with one click from next time onwards.
	Away message	Enter an absent note on the Away screen and click "Update absent note". Up to five notes can be saved. Other users can check the notes in the user list.
	Chat	You can send and receive chats even when you are in "Away."
	User log entry	"Away" is not recorded in the user log.
	Back to Space	When you click "I'm back from Break" on the Away screen, your status will automatically switch to "Available."
