Check the status of each user. Also, switch your own status depending on the situation, such as when you are away from your desk or when you want to concentrate on your work.
Status Type
The color surrounding the avatar will change depending on the situation. You can switch between three types of status: Available, Working, and Away using the status switching function.

Real Time Locator Socket in use |
This is the state where the avatar is displayed in a position linked to the real space. *Audio will not reach this avatar. *If the same account is accessing the space, audio will be received if you speak to the other avatar displayed. |
It is displayed under any of the following conditions: 1. The beacon detects the user using Real Time Locator Socket. 2. You accessed the space with the same account as in 1, but moved your avatar online. |

Reservation Socket in use |
They are seated in the reserved seat. *Audio will not reach this avatar. *Audio will be received if you speak to the avatar that appears in the space, separate from the socket. |
This will be displayed when it is time to use your reserved seat. | |
Away (desktop app only) |
This state is linked to the operation of a computer terminal and indicates that they are away from their desk. In this status, they will not hear voices, reactions, or other notifications in the space, except for chat and shoulder-tap notification sounds. |

Status Switching
Use the shortcut keys or follow the steps below:
1. On the menubar, click Status.
2. Click on any status
Choose from "Available, Busy, Away." In addition, the following operations are possible with the Away or Busy status.

By performing the following actions, your status will change to "Available" and you will be able to hear sounds around you.

Click "Away" If you check "Don't show this message again," you can switch to away status with one click from next time onwards. |

Enter an absent note on the Away screen and click "Update absent note". Up to five notes can be saved. Other users can check the notes in the user list. |

Chat | You can send and receive chats even when you are in "Away." | |
User log entry | "Away" is not recorded in the user log. | |
Back to Space | When you click "I'm back from Break" on the Away screen, your status will automatically switch to "Available." | |
Others | If you close the ovice screen while in the "Away" status, the status will remain active for up to 12 hours. After 12 hours, you will automatically be logged out of the space. |
Status Message
Add a message to let other users know more about your current status.
1. On the manubar, click Status.
2. Click "Set Status"
3. Enter your details and click "Save"
Once you saved the message, other users can view its contents by following the steps below.
