Enabling the Feature
Once you turn ON Recording Feature Settings, users in the space can record conversations and screens in meeting rooms or objects.
Starting a Recording
1. Enter a meeting room or start a meeting using a Meeting Object or Microphone Object.
2. Click the Record button on the control toolbar.
3. Inform participants that you are starting a recording, then click "Start Recording."
A timer will appear, indicating that recording has begun.
Recorded Content (Meeting Rooms)
The video captures the screen as seen by the recording Bot that joins the meeting room, rather than the recording user's individual screen.
If multiple objects are shared simultaneously in the central field of a meeting room, they will be recorded in the following order of priority:
- Spotlighted object or camera feed
When an item is spotlighted, it will be recorded in the foreground and displayed in full view. - Most recently opened object
If no items are spotlighted, the object opened last will be recorded in the foreground and displayed in full view.
Recorded Content (Meeting / Microphone Objects)
The recording area is strictly limited to the boundary of the respective object; avatars and conversations outside the area are not recorded.
In the recorded video, the object screen is maximized by default, and spotlighted screens take priority during recording.
Stopping a Recording / Accessing the File
Host users can stop a recording at any time.
1. Click the Stop button on the control toolbar or click "■ STOP" in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Receive the recording file
A few minutes after stopping the recording, an email will automatically be sent to the user who started the recording.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I enable or disable the recording feature in my space?
To introduce the recording feature (available for Business and Enterprise plans), please submit an application using the inquiry form. Currently, users cannot disable the feature on their own. If you wish to disable it, please contact our support team.
What happens if the user who started the recording unexpectedly goes offline (e.g., due to network issues)?
The recording automatically stops when all participating host users go offline or leave the meeting room. The recording file generated up to that point will be sent via email to the user who started the recording.
Which language is displayed when recording with a Transcription Object?
When recording a Transcription Object, the text displayed in the video follows the language settings configured on the Transcription Object by the user who initiated the recording. In multilingual meetings, both the recording user's language and the speaker's original language will be displayed on the object in the video.
