Room Participants list

Updated

You can check the users participating in the meeting and the operation status of objects.

 

Open the Room Participants list

Click "User List" in the header. In the meeting room, the room participant list is the initial screen, but you can also switch to the the regular user list by opening the pull-down menu with the arrow button.

① Presenting section
Displays the user who is running the object.
*In the current specifications, the user whose camera image is displayed in the center field is also displayed in the presenter.

② Host
Indicates that you are the host.

③ Recording
Indicates that you started recording.

④ Microphone
Indicates whether the microphone is ON or OFF.

⑤ Camera
Indicates whether the camera is ON or OFF.

⑥ Three-dot menu
Operations that can be performed for each user will be displayed.

⑦ Objects
Displays the objects that the user are currently running.

⑧ Spotlight
You can start a spotlight (only visible to the host).

⑨ Bring to Front
Brings the selected object to the front.

⑩ Other Participants Section
Displays users who have not launched any objects.
*In the current specifications, users whose camera images are displayed in the center field are also displayed to the presenter.

①Zoom in/out
Switches the camera image display between the gallery and the main field.

②Add/Cancel host
This menu is only displayed to the host. For details, please check here

 

For other menus, please check the user list.

 

Close the Room Participant List

Click one of the following buttons to close the room participant list.

Tips

  • The Silent Room does not display the Room Participant list.
  • Guest users also can view the Room Participant list. (They cannot switch the display to the User List)
