The meeting room is ideal for meetings that handle confidential or private information, as conversations can be held in a private environment where voices cannot reach the space. These rooms can be locked or reserved in advance.

Using Quick Objects
When a meeting participant launches a quick object, a window appears in the main field of the screen for everyone to see.

Gallery Display (displaying participants' camera footage)
The gallery display area at the top of the room screen displays the camera images and avatars of the participants.
Adjusting the width |
You can change the width by dragging the edge of the gallery. Depending on the width of the gallery and the size of your computer monitor, you can display cameras in two or three rows. Each camera can be switched between the default size and a small size. |

Zoom In / Out Display |
When you select a user in the gallery, their screen will be moved to the central field and enlarged for better visibility. Move to Front
To bring an object's window to the front, click the "" button for each object in the room participant list. It is not possible to bring the object to the front of a window that is currently being displayed in the spotlight.
Tips

If a scheduled reservation is made to the meeting room in use, the user in the room will be notified 10 minutes before the reservation time. The "Notify Later" button will be displayed up to 5 minutes before the reservation time, and you can click it to receive another notification 5 minutes before the reservation time.
