In highly confidential meetings, the meeting room should be locked, and blinds should be used to prevent visibility into the room. Some features may have restricted user permissions depending on the space settings.

Locking the Meeting Room
Once all participants are present, the meeting room can be locked to prevent unexpected access by other users.
How to Use |
Enable upon entry or click the lock button on the menu bar inside the room. |
Unlocking | Click the lock button again. Any user, not just the one who locked the room, can unlock it. |
Spare Key Operations | Space administrators can remotely lock or unlock the room. |
Joining a Locked Meeting Room |
To enter a locked room, a “Join Request” is required.
If the request is approved, you can enter the room. |

When a join request is received by users inside the meeting room, they can approve or deny entry by following these steps:

Using Blinds
Using the blinds feature applies the blind to the screens of all users in the space in real-time, preventing visibility of participants in the meeting room.
How to Use |
Enable upon entry or click the “Blind” button on the menu bar inside the room. |
Disabling the Blinds | Click the “Blind” button again. Any user, not just the one who enabled it, can disable the blinds. The lock will remain active unless manually unlocked. |
Tips

User List Display during Blind Use
Once the blinds are enabled, participants in the meeting will appear as “Offline” on the user list. -
Effect on User Logs during Blind Use
The user log will record the usual "enter room" and "leave room", without showing “Offline” status in the log. -
Automatic Unlocking of Lock and Blind
When the last participant leaves the room, both the lock and the blind will automatically be disabled. -
Independent Use of Functions
The lock and blind features can be used independently. For example, it is possible to disable the lock and use only the blind feature.
