Calendar/Status Integration with Google or Microsoft Teams is not activated

If your Google or Microsoft Teams status or calendar integration fails, please check the following:

 

Need to Confirm

  1. Check if the accounts are linkable
    For example, Microsoft Teams Calendar & Status Integration can only be linked with paid Microsoft business accounts. Please check whether this function is compatible with the account you want to link.

  2. Forced Refresh
    If the status icons and calendar do not start displaying even after completing the integration, try a forced refresh (you can also clear your cache if using a browser).

  3. Delete cookies
    If you have multiple Google or Microsoft account login histories in your browser, you may link to an unintended account. Please delete the cookies related to Google or Microsoft and try linking again.

  4. Checking error messages
    • "Please allow all items required for integration and try again."
