Meeting Log Extensions (Beta) Now Available for Per-User Plans
We have enhanced the Meeting Log feature by adding automated transcription, data-driven meeting minutes generation, and template management. These updates help standardize your reporting workflows and significantly reduce manual effort.
New Preview Mode for Building and Floor Management
You can now check the activity on other floors without leaving your current location. Simply click anywhere within the preview screen to move directly to that spot, making it easier than ever to jump into a conversation after previewing a floor.

Space Preview Now Available via User List Search
When searching for members in your organization, you can now see a preview of exactly where they are within the building. You can also access that specific space directly from the preview window.

Connected User Mode for Meeting Objects
We have introduced "Connected User Mode" a feature that keeps meeting content private from anyone not actively connected to the object. Only users connected to the object can hear the audio or view the camera and screen shares, allowing for more secure and versatile use of space.
New Permissions for Space Maker
You can now grant specific users permission to create layouts via the Permissions and Authorization page. By default, this is set to "Admins Only."
Simplified Visitor Entry Settings
We have added an option to skip the email address requirement for visitors entering a space. This allows first-time guests to join meetings even more smoothly.

Email Verification Status Added to Access Logs
An email verification badge has been added to the Access Log page within Space Settings. This helps admins easily distinguish between verified and unverified users and better track the authentication status of everyone in the space.
