Users in the space can send and receive text chat messages. The users who can use the chat function depend on the administrator's chat permissions.
Checking Chat
1. Click the chat button in the top right of the screen or press the Enter key on your keyboard.
2. Select the chat type tab
All | You can view public chats and mention chats. |

When accessing space | Admins and Members | You can view chats sent within the past three months. |

Chats before accessing the page will not be displayed. *If you reload the screen, all chats after accessing the page will also be hidden. |

When the last user leaves the room, all public chat messages sent in that room will be deleted. If you join a meeting in progress, you can view the last 20 public chat messages sent since the first user joined the room. |
Sending Public Chats
Sends chat that can be seen by everyone in the space.
2. Enter your message in the text area and click the Send button.
Public chats are displayed as speech bubbles for all users in the space.
Like Chats
Click the "👍" icon next to a public chat or mention chat to "like" the chat. Click again to cancel. Hover your cursor over the chat to see the name of the user you "liked."
Delete Chats
Chats deleted using the following operations will be deleted from the chat screens of everyone in the space. Once deleted, chats cannot be restored. Visitors and guests cannot delete chats other than those they sent, including mention chats they received.

Export (CSV output)
Export the currently displayed chat in a space or conference room in CSV format. User permissions to export vary depending on administrator settings.

Click the three dots in the top right of the chat screen and click "Export to CSV."

You can only export the content that is displayed in your chat box. Chats that are not left in your chat box due to leaving the conference room, reloading the browser tab, or deleting the chat cannot be exported.
Close chat
Click the chat button in the top right corner of the screen.
Tips
- The maximum number of chat characters that can be sent at one time is 5,000.

The user permissions for using the chat function can be changed in the administrator settings
. - You can also send chat messages by pressing Ctrl + Enter (Windows) or ⌘ + Enter (Mac).
- You can enter emojis by clicking the emoji button.
- You cannot send data such as images or files.
