Call users in the space to your vicinity and start a conversation. Users who can call in will depend on the space setting.
Call Permission
Call out
Call the other person in any way from the space or the conference room. (This cannot be used from the silent room.)
Select from the user list
Click on the three dots on the user and select "Call".

Select from the quick action menu (only when calling from a space)
Click on your avatar and select "Call". If you call from a space, a meeting object will be automatically generated near you.
Cancelling a call
Click "Cancel" on the message that appears while calling out.
Answering/rejecting a call
1. A notification will appear in the top right corner of the screen along with the ringtone.
If you have different web browser tabs open, you will also receive OS notifications.
2. Select "Accept" or "Reject"
You can also "reject" by clicking the X button in the upper right corner of the pop-up.
If you respond | The person you call will automatically be taken to the meeting object or conference room. |
If you refuse |
The person you call will see a message stating that you are not available. |
Missed calls
If you do not answer the call, a "Missed Call" pop-up notification will be displayed. (You can choose whether or not to display the pop-up notification in the space notification settings.) You can also check the history in the notification center.
Tips
- You can call out to multiple users at the same time.
- If the person you want to talk to is in a conference room, you can also call them.
- You cannot call users who are away from their desk.

If the use of quick objects in a meeting is restricted, you cannot use calls. (You can still respond to calls.)
