Connectivity Issues (You have been disconnected)

There are a few reasons why you might receive this popup.

  1. Unstable internet or network congestion issues.
  2. Check if you have other opened tabs/windows of the same space.
  3. If you received the popup on mobile, it's either because you haven't been active on the opened workspace or your screen timed out/turned off.

What should I do about this?

  • Refresh the page.
  • Make sure that you have only one oVice tab opened.
  • Run a speedtest to ensure that your internet connection is stable.
  • Restart your internet router.
