How to Resolve

1. Reload your desktop app or browser

If there is a temporary network interruption or if you have moved your computer to an area where the network is temporarily difficult to reach, you can resolve the issue by reloading the page.

2. Check your network

Please check if the network is stable by performing a speed test, etc. If there is a problem with the network itself, try restarting the router.

3. Check your security tools

  • Please check that all domains and IP addresses listed in Network requirements are allowed in your environment.
  • Please check that security settings have not been unintentionally changed due to updates to VPN, security software, proxies, firewalls, etc., or OS updates.

 

If not resolved

Please contact our technical support with the following information:

  • OS type and version
  • What is happening
  • How to use ovice (desktop app/web browser)
    • For desktop app: Version (How to check)
    • For web browsers: name and version
