How to Delete Cache
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click the "..." mark at the top right of the screen
- Click "Settings" → "Privacy, Search & Services"
- Clear browsing data → Clear browsing data now → Click “Select data to clear”
- Select "All periods" in the time range
- Check "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear Now"

How to Delete Cookies (ovice-Related Only)
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click the "..." mark at the top right of the screen
- Click "Settings" → "Cookies and site permissions"
- Under Saved cookies and data, click "Manage and delete cookies and site data"
- Click "Show all cookies and site data"
- Search for the string "ovice" in the search window
- Click "Delete all displayed items"
- Click "Clear"
