User List

Check users' online status and chat or call them.

 

Confirmation method

Click the user list button in the space header or press  Ctrl + F/Command + F.

Display of each tab

Bookmark

Bookmarked users are displayed in sections based on their status: Online, Away, or Offline. If a user is online in a different space within the same organization, they will still appear in the "Online" section, allowing you to see which space they are active in.

※ Online status in a different organization cannot be viewed.

Currently online users are displayed in the following sections: open space, mobile app (Ovice Go), rooms, and real space (using location information socket).

Displays users with the Away status.

Who can see the list? Users with the permissions set in the User List Viewing Permissions

Display of each icon

Star Icon

Indicates that you are a bookmark user.

Microphone icon

A microphone icon next to a user indicates that they have their microphone turned on.

Mobile Icon

The blue mobile icon in the top right corner of the user indicates that the user has ovice Go (mobile app) installed.

User search

  • You can search for partial matches of the display name using the search bar.
  • When you search for organization users within the same organization, you can see which spaces within the organization the target user is accessing.

1. Linked Spaces These are spaces the target user is accessing. Clicking will open the target space in a new window.
2. Non-linked Spaces These are the spaces you are accessing at the time of the search. It indicates that the target user is also accessing the same space.
3. "..." Display When you hover the mouse, a tooltip will show all the spaces the target user is accessing.
  • Below the names in the user list, the contents are displayed in the order of priority: status notes, current calendar events, absence notes, and blank spaces. You can also hover over a user to see the rest of the contents.

  • Click on a user to see their location in Space.
  • Users are sorted by administrator, member, visitor, and by character code for each role (in the order of symbols, emoji, alphabet, hiragana, katakana, and kanji).

Click on the three dots next to the user to perform each action.

What actions can an administrator take?

*If the other person is an admin, the "Eject" menu will not be displayed.

Additionally, offline users will not be displayed to visitors.

Close User List

Click on the person button in the top right corner of the screen.

 

Tips

Depending on the space settings, some functions such as calling out may be restricted to certain authorities. In that case, the function in the menu list will be inactive and cannot be clicked.
